From drawing to reality

Every line on the sheet becomes wood, glass and brick.

On the left, the front elevation you get in the files. On the right, the cabin it turns into. Drag to compare: same gable, same glass, same balcony, same door.

Why so many builds go over budget

A $60,000 build doesn't turn into $90,000 by bad luck.

It happens because there were no plans. The story is usually the same: an expensive quote, months of waiting, electrical and plumbing billed separately and, on site, measurements “figured out on the spot.”

With a complete plan set, every measurement, every material and every cost is defined before the first brick. That's what you get today.

No-Surprise Build System™

Designed together. On the same plan.

Architecture, electrical and plumbing were drawn on the same base, at the same scale. Turn the layers on: every outlet, every pipe and every wall in the right place. Nothing contradicts itself once the build starts.

The build, step by step

From empty lot to finished cabin, sheet by sheet.

At every stage your builder knows what to do because it's all drawn: size, piece and position. That's what keeps the job from stopping to “see how we solve this” and paying twice for the same work.

  1. Finished concrete foundation with batter boards and string lines marking the cabin on the lotStep 1

    Foundation and layout

The cabin is staked out on the lot using the plan's dimensions. The foundation comes out exactly to size, with no “we'll fix it later.”

  2. A-frame timber structure raised, with the mezzanine and the brick side wall going upStep 2

    A-frame structure

Rafters at 12×5 cm (about 2×5 in) and floor joists at 16×6 cm (about 2.5×6 in), sized in the plans. Every piece is cut knowing where it goes.

    Sheet: sections and structural perspective
  3. Cabin getting its roofing and wood siding, with scaffolding in frontStep 3

    Roof and enclosure

Roofing, tongue-and-groove siding and the brick side wall. Door and window openings come out the right size from the start.

Sheet: elevations and window & door schedule
  4. Cabin almost finished, with the glass installed and the wooden deck being builtStep 4

    Finishing

Glass, balcony, deck and systems. With the add-on plans, electrical and plumbing follow the drawing instead of tearing walls open.

Frequently asked questions

Will it fit my lot?
The house has a compact footprint of about 5 × 8 m (16 × 26 ft). The plans were drawn for a 250 m² reference lot, covering 17% of it. Since the DWG is editable, the site placement can be adjusted to your lot.
Will it be approved where I live?
The plans follow Brazilian technical standards and use the metric system. Building codes vary by country, state and city, so check with your local building department before you apply. In most places a local licensed architect or engineer will need to review, adapt and stamp the plans.
What language and units are the plans in?
Room names and notes are in English. All dimensions are metric (meters and centimeters); this page shows feet and inches as a reference.
I can't read technical drawings. Can I still use them?
Yes. The PDF has every dimension for your builder to follow, and the color rendered floor plan shows the rooms in a way that's easy to understand.
Are the cabin photos part of the plans?
The images are illustrations generated from the plans to show how the cabin can look. Finishes, furniture, colors and landscaping are your choice and are not included in the files.
Can I modify the plans?
Yes. The DWG file opens in AutoCAD and compatible software, so you or a professional can adjust whatever you need.
Are electrical and plumbing included?
Not in the $47 price. They appear as options at checkout, along with the materials list and the cost estimator. Both follow Brazilian standards, so have a licensed local professional adapt them to your code.
How do I receive the files?
By email, right after your payment is confirmed. It usually takes just a few minutes.
Can I build more than once?
The license covers 1 build per purchase. To build more units, write to us at llceshopglobal@gmail.com.

You can keep saving cabin photos. Or build yours.
